The updated Tender Protocol (Tender Protocol for the Pre-Qualification of Applicants and the award of Exploration and Production Agreements) issued recently in the Official Gazette issue no. 22 dated on May19, 2022 (Decree no. 9095 dated 29 April 2022).
The updated Tender Protocol is dedicated to participate in the Lebanon Second Offshore Licensing Round for Hydrocarbon Exploration and Production.
